According to the third-generation hub unit of automobile, the assembly line can complete such functions as channel measuring & sorting, steel ball storing, flange plate outer ring assembly, nut tightening, negative clearance testing, grease injection and nut riveting, press fitting of bolt, press fitting of gear ring and sensor and ABS wheel speed sensor detection. Through device combination according to the actual production procedure, this line can complete all assembly procedures of the whole third-generation hub units of automobile. Thus, automatic detection of each procedure is realized. Meanwhile, nonconforming products are prevented from flowing into the next procedure. The operation of mechanism is automatically controlled with PLC according to the procedure. Thus, the influences of human factors on product quality are avoided and the precision control is realized. Meanwhile, the assembly quality is guaranteed.


1. The equipment structure of whole assembly line is of frame-type structure. The lower part is steel profile while the upper part is the main body of device built with industrial aluminum profile and the platen is used to bear the tooling and technological equipment. The two sides or upper part of the positive side are used for installing computer cabinet and PLC control cabinet. The rear is master electric cabinet. The equipment power is of 380V three-phase and five-wire system.
2. The upper main body of device is built with steel profile 80×80 while the upper part and computer cabinet are built with industrial aluminum profile 40×40.
3. Main working positions of device are born by the platen installed on the pedestal frame.
4. The rear of device is master electric cabinet. To ensure the maintenance of device, rotatable structure can be used for electric cabinet, which is equipped with automatic air conditioner.
5. The touch screen human-computer interface and PLC self-control system is used for the device. Touch screen operation cabinet is place in the position which is convenient for operation.
6. As for devices with the functions of measuring and real-time data acquisition, there is computer, whose display screen is designed with LCD screen. The computer cabinet is placed in position which is convenient for operation.
7. The device is equipment with waste tank, which is placed below the side of device.
8. The device is designed with elastic adjustable foot margin to mitigate the mutual influences between device and environment.
9. The device is equipped with tricolor light, hinting the working state of the device. The tricolor device is place in the righter upper part of the top of device.
10. The device is equipped with external and internal lighting for former of which the sunlight lamp is used and manually controlled.
11. The unoccupied part around frame of device is blocked with dismountable guard plate. The hinged door is used for the part to be necessarily often opened
12. Four or six-column tooling frame structure is used for main functional parts such as detection and press fitting of device. The tooling frame is used for installing various mechanical and electric functional modules and realizing basic technological functions of device.
13. Function of manual and single step run can be convenient for operations such as repair and replacement.
14. Chinese interface is used for human-machine interface of device.
